Our purpose-built heavy-duty high HST rod is built on an American-made 50-100# blank and measures 60” from tip to ferrule. It is designed for with a #4 butt for use with electric reels.

Base price is $675 and includes:

• Winthrop aluminum top

• Fuji silicon nitride (SiN) guides for superior resistance to abrasion and heat

• Handmade EVA foregrip with heat-shrink flocked sleeve

• #4 ferrule (silver or black)

• Your name, boat name or other short text in silver

• Choice of two color schemes:

  • Blackwater Fade — Clearcoated blank; black, gunmetal, and silver thread; black X-pattern grips

  • Blood Red Fade — Clearcoated blank; metallic red, metallic copper, gunmetal, and metallic black thread; black X-pattern grips

Upgrades include:

• Winthrop titanium top (+$200)

• Color schemes:

  • Blue Dream (+$100) — Pearlescent blue painted blank; teal and dark blue thread with silver accents; blue fish-scale grips

  • Purple Haze (+$100) — Purple painted blank; light and dark blue thread; black X-pattern grips

  • Orange Creamsicle (+$100) — Orange painted blank; light and dark orange thread; black X-pattern grips

  • Wahoo (+$200) — Hand-painted wahoo pattern blank; blue, navy, and silver thread; black fish-scale grips

Every rod is individually handmade to order. Wait time is approximately six to 10 weeks.

Price is for rod only. Butt is not included. We recommend pairing with a #4 Winthrop T-10X adjustable butt.
