How it Works
Typically, we conduct an initial phone consultation with the customer to discuss fishing style, needs, and preferences in order to determine the ideal rod or rods and prepare a quote. When the order is placed, we ask for a deposit of 50%. Reels must be paid in full. When the build begins, we reach out to the customer to confirm choices.
Custom rod orders are typically completed in 6 to 10 weeks from the order date. When your equipment is ready, we’ll either arrange a local delivery/pickup for South Florida customers or ship your order anywhere in the U.S. for a flat $50 fee.
